Vintage Wreath

Good morning!! I wanted to drop by and share with you a project I made.
I have recently discovered Magnolia stamps and have gone head over hills over the vintage look they have!!  I am sooooo  AMAZED at the cards and projects people make with them! I only own 3 Magnolias as of right now... but after the holidays are over I will MOST defiantly be buying more ; )
anyhoo.... I ordered me a Magnolia INK magazine last week and I finally got it and was so inspired by all the cool stuff that I saw inside! The first things I saw, was a wreath made with Tim Holtz  die cuts and mini magnolia stamps sooo adorable. Although I don't have any mini magnolia's  (YET!) I made mine with out.. I also used Tim Holtz pine cone die and another floral die from Tim Holtz ( not sure of the names)  I must say.. I'm pretty excited and Impressed with how it turned out.
Last week I had a super fun evening with my friends Dana, Cheryl and Shay we had a girls night IN and made different types of flowers and played around with die cuts all night!! So that made this wreath even easier to make because almost everything I used as pre-made from that night!
I will be entering this wreath into Wild orchid Challenge this week, the challenge is a child's Christmas. My kids LOVE Christmas decorations!
also entering it to Whimsy Stamps challenge 15: flower power
I have used green  Raffia ribbon and red flowers from WOC.

These flowers were made by putting a ton of flower layers together with a decorative brad, sprayed with water and crunched! then I added sparkly spritz ( hard to see in picture) and let dry overnight.

My Co-workers made fun of me the other day because I saved My Starbucks hot cup sleeve.. and told them I was going to use it on a card somehow... I'm glad I did! because It gave my butterflies some texture...

Brown and Blue

Hello everyone!!! Is everyone getting ready for the holidays yet?  Well me and my other half are stickin' to our plan and shopping early this year! So I spent yesterday shopping for some gifts! sheesh gifts sure do add up quickly huh $$$ lol
Anyhoo... I finally got around to making my card for Wild Orchids challenge.. Brown and blue.. I thought this would be a good time try try and make my first boy card! I'm always buying girly stuff and I realized I don't have much for boys... hmmm... I guess I need to start buying stuff.
So the ENTIRE time I'm making my card today I kept telling myself  " No flowers, No bling, no flowers, no bling" Ha ha well... I finished my card,  loaded my pictures, edited them and realized I was so worried about it NOT looking girly that I didn't Even use a wild orchid product!! sheeesh! I almost went into a panic until I remembered I had purchased some of wild orchid's Raffia ribbon! whew totally saved the day! So my card ended up with a bow which I guess I'm OK with.. I still like how it turned out..
Today I used a stamp by Gillian F Roberts called fishing fun. If you haven't seen these stamps your should REALLY check them out they are sooooo adorable. I colored my image with my Copics and I used my cricut machine to cut out the little fishes.

I added a little bit of diamond glaze on his jar w bugs and a TINY bit of stickles on the dogs collar.
I'm really loving that raffia ribbon... good thing I got a bunch of colors! haha
Thank you everyone for taking the time to check out my blog today!
And thank you to my friend Cheryl for giving me a shout out on her blog yesterday! My followers have doubled!!! thank you to everyone who added themselves as my followers list it means a lot to me!!! XOXO

Christmas Cafe!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to stop by and show you a card I finished today for Stamping Bella! The challenge for this week was to use a Christmas stamp or to make another image into a Christmas theme..
unfortunately don't not have any Bella Christmas images.. so I used Clarissa and Camille with a cafe..
I kept my card very simple because I wanted my Image with the diamond glaze on the cup to really stand out...

I stamped my image in memento black ink and colored with my copic markers.. I picked up this awesome kraft paper with red and green Christmas presents printed on it! Isn't it pretty!
On the inside of the card I used a stamp I got from Elzybells that has a bunch of teas and coffees, I love to use this as a background  :)
Thank you everyone for stopping by my blog today!

Samantha

Hello everyone!!! I must say I am very excited to share my card with you today!!! after looking at many blogs I kept seeing everyone doing the "no lines" stamping and It looks so amazing!! So I finally got the GUTS to give it a shot and I LOVE IT!
Today I am playing along with Stampin' Kimmies challenge : to use a pin. I of course didn't have ANY of those fancy pins everyone uses... So I had to make one out of my little stash of push pins ( no judging me ok! lol)  I added some tiny beads I have for making shaker cards to make it look as pretty as possible!
I decided to use Samantha today because she is just SOOOO sassy! and it is just evil how beautiful she is! hehe
I OF COURSE added diamond glaze to her outfit for some shine and used my new Tim Holtz skull die.

This is my more evil version of samantha... I also colored another "no lines" samantha that I will use in another card later on :)

Thank you for stopping by everyone! let me know what you think!!!

Ready for snow!?

Wow its so hard to believe that It is time to bring the winter coats out soon! It seems like once Halloween passes, Its freezing outside!

This stamps is called Javabuggs. As we all know I have a weakness for coffee! so this lil stamp just won me over right away! It reminds me of me and my BFF just gossiping with a cup of Joe! haha
I made this card for stamping bellas challange : add snow to your card. I used my snowy slopes stamp as my snow today. Dont these lil bugs look cute drinking there coffee outside in the snow! I think so too :0)

I am also entering my card to the Truly scrumptious BINGO challenge !

I chose to go with the center row, down.
