Exciting News!!!

I wouldn't wait to stop by and tell you guys that I have been chosen to be a part of the digital design team for Whimsy Stamps!! This will be my VERY FIRST time being a part of a team and I am more than excited! and so very grateful.

Birthday for a Friend

Good morning!! just poppin' in today to share a birthday card I made for a great friend of mine Patricia ( Happy Birthday Trish!!) I am really excited about how this card came out. Its the first time I have made a window card! whoo hoo!

Today I have used a Simply sassy stamp from Sugar Nellie called Fabulous Darling LET ME TELL YOU.. These girls are seriously the cutest EVER! I got some cash for my birthday and that money burnt a hole straight through my wallet and went straight to the  Funky Kits website & it was so hard to choose they are are so pretty! Hopefully my birthday comes back around quick so I can order more! haha 

I added a party hat on top of my TH rosette with a tiny stamp I got from a craft convention this year It totally made it look more like a Bday card. The  flowers used are from WOC and the ticket stamp and die is from whimsy stamps.

Shaker Ornaments

Good Morning My fellow crafters! Today I would like to share with you a little project I made for a few of my friends and family members.  I was looking through my craft area when the idea hit me! I had plenty of these little shaker windows to make a shaker ornament! I personalized them by using my cricut machine and adding there names on the inside. I used different types of beads and glitters for the insides.

Pretty with Pink

Good morning everyone!!! It is a beautiful snowy day here in Albuquerque! school is canceled and no work for me.. WHOO HOO can you say  LAZY DAY!!! haha
I was sooo excited to find out I was the LUCKY random winner at Kraftin' Kimmie challenge last week!!!! I have never won anything before so I was THRILLED!
Today I have made a card to play along with Kimmie's dry or heat embossing challenge.  I have actually done both on my card today and it was sooo fun!
So you might be wondering where my embellishments are? well... I don't know why I thought part of the challenge was to NOT having embellishments on your card and I was wrong.. so sad, I struggled with it looking so plain but didn't feel like going back and adding so here she is....

I used my dot folder to dry emboss and sanded it down so it looks more distressed and also added some wet embossed snowflakes on my sentiments background

I made a wet embossed snow flake background with some glittery  silver emboss powder 

Shaped Card

Hello my crafty ladies! Happy Friday to you all! I'm extra excited about this weekend.. Not only do I have a 5 day weekend! woot woot! But it is my birthday on Sunday!! I love my birthday! hehe and if that wasn't good enough my little monster is turning 2 on Tue so we will be celebrating her birthday Saturday. Gosh they grow so fast, its so sad I just want her to be a baby forever. :(

Anyhoo... enough of that I wanted to drop in and show you ladies not only my VERY FIRST shaped card, but also my very first magnolia card!! whew I'm very excited about this one! I do have to apologize for the awful lighting its pretty gloomy out today so my pictures look pretty dark.
