Paper Piecing

Just a quick post today using another Image I got from Stampin Bella. Today I attempted paper piecing for the first time EVER and I love love love it!!! her hat and bloomers are just TOO cute!

I also made this card because I was inspired by a blog that I have been following for awhile called 

A Passion for Craft, Fleur makes amazing cards!!! she makes ALOT of her own flowers for her cards which I really like! so here is also my first attempt at a handmade flower! what do you think???  I added a bunch of tiny pearls to the center of the flower for some interest.

I applied a thin layer of stickles to her high heels and  lace of her bloomers

Fathers Day

Playin' along with Stamping Bella this week and its a sketch!
Today I used an Image by Mo Manning called Game On! as soon as I saw this Image it reminded me of my Fiance Dan,  he loves him some video games!!! haha with Father's Day around the corner I thought I would finally ink this guy up!! I colored him with TH ink pads and used Rafia ribbon from WOC.

Happy Birthday to Mom!

Hello Blog-land!!! Just wanted to pop in and share with you another attempt at the No lines" coloring! I LOVE how this looks!!! I think I might do this more often because I think it looks great! My moms Birthday is next week so thought I better get a head start on her card, I think she is going to like it. She gets a kick" out of these sassy girl stamps, so the fact that this plus size gal has her top untied to tan... She is going to LOVE IT! haha
Today my image is from Mo Manning called Little Umbrella. As always I colored my Image with Copics and used colored pencils for my sky and dirt.
Do you see that cool pebble in the middle of my flower?....A few weeks ago my friend Cheryl and I tried a VERY fun/easy project for pebble embellishments that I found on Crafting Life's Pieces you have to check it out!....I cant wait to make more!!

Long time No Bella!

Good morning ladies!! Today I would like to play along with a Stamping Bella Challenge! And this weeks its a sketch :                                                                
          
WHEW! Its been too long since Iv played with my Bella stamps.. Today I am using Gratty'tude isn't she adorable! I love all that hair she has!!!

Here is my take on the sketch:

The sketch called for stitching so it most defiantly challenged me because I first of all don't have a sewing machine haha so faux stitching it is! my first attempt BTW!

Bella Birthday card

I have used a stamp from stamping bella, she is a uptown girl called posh has a present. I just LOVE the uptown girls they are ALL so adorable!

Christmas Cafe!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to stop by and show you a card I finished today for Stamping Bella! The challenge for this week was to use a Christmas stamp or to make another image into a Christmas theme..

I unfortunately don't not have any Bella Christmas images.. so I used Clarissa and Camille with a cafe..

I kept my card very simple because I wanted my Image with the diamond glaze on the cup to really stand out...

I stamped my image in memento black ink and colored with my copic markers.. I picked up this awesome kraft paper with red and green Christmas presents printed on it! Isn't it pretty!

On the inside of the card I used a stamp I got from Elzybells that has a bunch of teas and coffees, I love to use this as a background  :)

Ready for snow!?

Wow its so hard to believe that It is time to bring the winter coats out soon! It seems like once Halloween passes, Its freezing outside!
Today I am going to share with you one of my new stamps from stamping bella!  I placed my first order about a month ago and went a little CRAZY! I couldn't choose they were all just way too cute! This stamps is called Javabuggs. As we all know I have a weakness for coffee! so this lil stamp just won me over right away! It reminds me of me and my BFF just gossiping with a cup of Joe! haha
I made this card for stamping bellas challange : add snow to your card. I used my snowy slopes stamp as my snow today. Dont these lil bugs look cute drinking there coffee outside in the snow! I think so too :0)

I am also entering my card to the Truly scrumptious BINGO challenge !

I chose to go with the center row, down. 

I used gems on my bugs antennas, flowers, and my leaves are cut from my new spellbinders (foliage set)
