Good morning ladies! I just wanted to drop by and share with you a card I made for a friend of mine, Katie. Valentines is coming so FAST and I have only made a couple of cards for my friends! EEkkk I better get to work! haha

I have used a Krista Smith Image (my favorites right now btw), WOC flower and my Tim Holtz die for her name. The sentiment on the inside is from kraftin kimmie.

Love is already in the air! everywhere you turn there is Valentines stuff!!!
I visited a new craft store a couple weeks ago and they had the new MME Love me  designer paper and I just couldn't resist getting a pack!! the papers are so pretty!!!
Today I am playing along with The official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge and today its a sketch!
                                                       
Today I am using Rose Scent Tilda and she is masked so that she looks like she is sitting on top of  the
 I Love You  sentiment. Not only do I love the magnolia images but I also LOVE LOVE the Magnolia Doohickey die cuts! they are so detailed!

Just a SUPER quick post today to play along with Kriftin' Kimmie's "time to shape up" challenge.. I used my TH crackle paint for the first time and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! think I might need more colors!! hehe.. well sorry to be soo quick, but I'm running super late for work today... AHHH!!!

Whimsy Birthday card

Hello ladies! hows everyone doing today? Is everyone holdin' up with their new year resolutions? or have you cheated? be honest now... haha jk
Today I would like to share with you my card for Whimsy's challenge for the week which is to make a birthday card! The image I used today is called Raggedy boy and girl set  by Kathryn she has some cute digi stamps and you can find them here.  I like this set because you can use this cuties together or separately to make either a boy or girl card.
Today I have made a tri-fold card (my first attempt BTW!)   I used my cupcake embossing folder for some texture and also embossed the Happy Birthday sentiment in the middle with some TH core papers and sanded to show the sentiment, I just LOVE this core papers. For the balloons inside I just used some balloon brads and added some string likes with my thin markers.

Best daddy

Hello ladies!!! I just wanted to drop by and show you a card I finished for my fiance. He loves the cards I make and has been taking one to work for each holiday that has passed to put on his desk. All the cards I make are pretty girly, so I decided to make him a card for his desk that is a little less girly ha ha and to remind him that I think he is "the best daddy in the world"
Today I have used a stamp from lili of the valley that my BFF got my for Christmas! I had been wanting some Lily of the Valley stamps for a long time! and I kept saying that I don't have ANY boy images so she did a GREAT job getting me this boy set! Thank you Dana!!! :)

I am a Whimsy Digi girl!

Good morning everyone! I am so excited today! I get to post my very first card as a Whimsy digital DT!!  I still can't believe I am a part of a DT! whoo hoo.

Today I am using a brand new January release image, there is so many cute ones! you gotta go check them out! Today Whimsy is hosting a blog hop to win some free goodies, so take a few minutes to leave comments on all the girls cards and hopefully you'll be the big winner!!
So here he is! I chose this little guys because I thought he would be great practice for me to make a boy card.! I pretty happy with how he turned out! I made a little sidewalk and some grass to make  it looks like he was walking down the street in the rain :)
